Programme status
Medical sales since October 2020; adult-use since February 2023. A large, mature market with a monthly sales dashboard — the data is genuinely there.
What is not published
- Nothing is published as a file. The sales series exists only inside a Tableau Cloud dashboard.
- Extracting it means driving a third-party BI tool's native download dialog with a headless browser.
- The export returns the dashboard's formatted display string rather than the underlying value — a month arrives as $10.10M — so precision is capped at $0.01M and the exact dollar figure the state holds is not recoverable from it.
Why there is no page here
Deferred, not excluded. Missouri is the one jurisdiction on this list whose absence is a decision about fragility rather than about the data: the path is proven end to end, and it stops working the day the Download button moves. Display-rounded figures would also sit on the same axis as exact ones without saying so.
What would change this
A stable machine-readable export from DCR — or an explicit decision to accept a headless-browser dependency for this state, which DECISIONS Q8 currently grants to California's monthly series only.
Why this page exists at all
Every US cannabis jurisdiction gets an entry on this site, including the ones with nothing to chart. A jurisdiction that is simply missing looks like an oversight; a jurisdiction whose absence is stated, sourced and dated is a finding. This site is a record of what governments publish, and that record has to include what they do not.
Nothing on this page is an estimate. Where a figure exists in press coverage, a law-firm summary or budget testimony but not in a published government artifact, it is named as unusable rather than repeated.
