Both appear as you zoom in, and only docks within a short walk of a dispensary are shown, so that is not every dock in the region. Issue dates are those on each current licence — several shops operated for years under earlier licences before these were issued. Maryland and Virginia publish neither ward-level geography nor issue dates, so both charts are DC only.
Licences not in good standing
Reasons are quoted from the regulator's own publications and linked. Where nothing verifiable has been published, the entry says so plainly. These notes disappear automatically once a licence shows active again.
